5/30 Meeting Notes
Those present at Carlos O'Kelley's (because Pasta Express was closed since it was Memorial Day!) were Janis Purves, Vickie Alcorn, Lavon McGinnis, Tysha Shay, Michelle Leigh, Jeanne Combs, Keli Haymes, Dede Vest, Brenda Boyd, Deb Cunninghan and Becky Pearce... not present were Christy Strohm, Debbie Goosey and Kim Kelley
Updated everyone on prize/auction item list... task assignments
Table Pickup - 14 8 ft tables at ANPAC... Vickie will contact Christy and pick them up after 8am
Church Set up - we will need to be there by 9am (office opens at 8:30) These can be there then..

Tickets for Drawings - $1 each... every registrant will get 1 and can buy as many as they want - Michelle will bring in "voting vessels" for each prize and tickets will be placed in there. You do need to be present to win.
Kitchen/Food - Becky, Brenda and Judy (hopefully)
Prizes - Vickie (Vickie and Janis has tickets to donate)
Silent Auction - Michelle Leigh, Lavon and Christy - Michelle will design the "bid sheets" and numbers for prizes and handle everything about the Silent Auction

Croppin for Joplin – 30 Hour Crop
Starting Friday, June 10th at 4:00pm
Through
Saturday, June 11th to 11:00pm
There has been an overwhelming response to have a Crop to help Joplin residents recover from the severe damage done by the recent tornado.
Hood United Methodist has graciously allowed us to use the church to hold this event.
This Crop is not intended to be a pampered event. This isn’t about us. We want to keep our costs very limited.
